Essentially the entire thrust behind the program is designed to saturate the U.S. territories and Canada with as many students as possible to extract profits as far and wide as possible down the funnel of the program.

So how are we going to make the best out of this situation where we are thrust together without much say in the matter?

Bruce, I guess the thrust of my point was concern about the prevailing winds and rental climate in Mpls. 

Just be introduce your self, be freindly, let them know what you are interested in and you will be amazed on how much information will be thrust upon you.

Again, I have no idea what your situation is, but all of the successful wholesalers I know thrusted themselves into it and took risks to make their situation happen.
