Basically you will be living in a semi-deserted ski town year-round in the offseasons!

@Michael Smythe We used to try to always use Lowes builder grade Sahara Beige tiles and we would also try to always leave extra.

I have a close friend that shows at the big hunter/jumper shows out here (her barn is about to head down to the winter desert circuit) and I work closely with a facility that houses several top trainers that are always coming and going from the big shows. 

Weather wise you can find hot dry deserts (Amarillo) all the way to very humid rain forests (Lake Jackson, south of Houston).

So maybe this is their test and realize they better move back to a "simpler" place than the edge of the desert...

Isn't it where Lex Luther buy's up a bunch of the Nevada desert and then uses some earthquake machine to dump CA into the Pacific and then is "the" R.E. goliath of now primo ocean front?! 

For warmth..a lot of clients are expanding to Desert Hot Springs/Joshua Tree CA and a few hidden gems on the radar in unincorporated Ventura County :)

If you live in orange county, look in the inland empire or high desert.

My Plan from here is to end up with one Residence and one Rental and get back to my houses in Brazil to fix them up to sell, one at a time and move to the North of Brazil where it is desert like with two seasons.
