They should be able to help you scale.I like your accelerated and leveraged up timeline, as long as you have a rockstar property manager.

Markets where higher cash on cash returns are easier to find (Memphis, Little Rock) or higher price, potentially higher appreciation markets (DFW, San Antonio, Houston). 

It is likely the number one reason for reviews that are not 5 stars.  

Hell, if all it takes is offering out some software, i think i gotta call IT in India and get ball rolling, people paying me for chance to send me deals, LMAO, that is a new Pet Rock for sure. 

You'd be better off of in Little Rock.
