the Pm isnt' even managing the repair-owner comms - it takes me forever to get responses-rent collection - happens through a portal, they aren't going and picking up checks...-3- day notice - they didn't service it for 50 days....

He placed a tenant into my first property starting July 1 and the PM told me he was going to set me up in his new portal.

I use Innago as a portal to issue invoices, can that be a preferred route? 

Provide them with contact information, a new rent payment portal (if applicable), and an overview of any changes to procedures.3.

They have a great online portal for tenants and owners.
