I had a case where the guest was lying on a few matters, number of guests, Italians declaring as residents of California, of course first time bookers, profile pic being a cartoon, Italian passport name don't match the guest , etc...

@Matthew Odou Yes, Puerto Rico is a US Territory, same currency no passports required, most are pleasantly surprised that its like a Hawaii in the Caribbean but the cost of living is less and real estate prices are like 2008-so now a there a lot of expats and investors of all ages taking advantage.
