Introducing myself to you

Hi folks,

This has been an immensely valuable resource, and I'm amazed at the enthusiasm and passion from everyone on here! So I figured it was time to introduce myself...

I'm Andy Vanosdale. I grew up in beautiful Chattanooga, Tennessee, but now live in another beautiful area, Seattle, Washington. Mountains everywhere! I'm a software developer/engineer by day (and do some consulting and contracting on the side). I love to travel and make my passport heavier with ink and stickers.

Never did I think real estate investing would be any part of my life, but I have one of best friends to thank! Travis and I currently own 6 duplexes and are flipping one SFR in the Chattanooga area. We have our goal of financial freedom and are on track to achieve it!

I do my real estate part remotely, though I fly back to Chattanooga frequently to network and look at more properties.

It's so amazing to meet all sorts of investors, property managers, brokers, lenders, wholesalers, builders, contractors... everyone! I look forward to meeting even more folks across the country. Feel free to drop me a line to say hi!

Welcome to BP. Everyone here has been extremely helpful to myself as well. I see that you said you have a partner in town. I'm a local home inspector in the area but also getting into the investor community. If you ever needed help looking at properties quickly and your partner is not able, I would love to help any way.
