Not sure if I would leave the country for sure.I think I would consider Ireland or Australia.

They market like crazy to people in California, Manhattan, Australia, Hong Kong, and every other expensive market.

I have bought and sold several properties in Australia, where I lived for 10 years and Singapore as well.We bought a townhouse here in the DC/MD area which was on short sale and rehabbed it.

Back in Australia we laid slate floors in a cement base.New tenants...hose them down & re-polish.Like we did for our cement floored pig pens :)

Hi,I'm currently in the US from Australia, investing in Real Estate.

She has seen a fair amount of the US with us but I've never been to Australia or New Zealand and I really do want to see them, much as I dread those real long flights.Anyway, we're both staying busy, I'm opening in South Pacific next week (minor part-I can't sing) and my wife is handling costumes for this play.Soon the holidays will be on us, and then I'll be skiing, life goes on.all cash
