I did probably 200 plus loans in Detroit before it had its epic financial melt down.. and boy was it epic.

Look up a guy from Epic Investments and consulting /or Joli Makena Investments, his name is Lofton Mitchell.

@Dean Letfus  and the next thing these folks are going to do is try to buy these properties as is and do remote rehab like what is being talked about a bunch.. that's going to be a cluster of epic proportions.. its very very hard to remote rehab even in the best neighborhoods …  there is a reason turn key rent ready is so popular in these areas..

This was fraud in epic proportions.

If it wont be a "active brokerage", I believe it will be a epic failure.Agents need hands on support.Agents need leadership and motivation.Otherwise a bunch of useless goons will just park their license by you, and not generate you any real $Iv'e seen it all, literally.....

Because this is the only way we could go through with this purchase as we can't start an epic renovation now just to  make this house 100% lead-free.
