I think the issue today is all the new folks that may not be as well capitilized as you are or we were/are. to deal with these transactions there is going to be some very messy deals coming down the pike.

My thinking is when there is a one night booking and the guest barley uses anything its not like she calls me and tells me to pay her less because it wasn't messy at all and there was barley anything to clean.

My initial piti payment was 8,870 now it will be 10,359.To make matters more messy I changed insurance during this time - they repeatedly sent me notices that they did not have proof of insurance...I had my insurance rep send them the docs several times before they finally acknowledged the new insurance.

It can be messy!

Doesn't look like theres any damage just messy.

It seems a little messy splitting equity and the cash-out refi check, as opposed to a flip where you just split the profits and walk away.

Things out there look pretty damning for him but I'm very much interested in getting more folks stories on the record as I think this whole mess is a bit more tangled than it seems.

And it's very messy.  

I cannot even imagine how messy renting a MH by the room could get.
