I also love Yamo - a small Burmese place with 6-8 seats at a counter, cash only, $6-8 a dish -- hands down the best deal in the city!

You see, I currently wash dishes for a local restaurant chain during the day, bring in barely 1k per month in income (after taxes), a little over half of which goes toward living expenses, and use a bicycle and the local transit system to commute around town since I don't own a car.

I am a newbie trying to structure a deal and have the cash for a 20% DP and 10% rehab but don't necessarily want to dish out the cash on one deal.

Am I responsible for covering the cost of extermination if the bottle flies are caused by sanitation issues, and I have observed tenants dirty dishes lying in sinks, empty bottles lying around apartments, and trash put out on the back porch?

I would just get it tested and be prepared to dish out some cash to get it fixed.

And if I manage to tell this before my husband finishes the dishes then I'll move on to part of the contractor saga.

So the amenities she is given is a parking spot, washer/dryer access in our basement and of course her own apartment with dish washer (not common from what I've seen).

Some people keep dirty dishes in their sink, others don't.

I understand that there is a federal law/regulation prohibiting landlords from favoring cable providers or dish providers.  

For the dishwasher this time, i don't think waiting til this Saturday for a new one should get me in trouble, washing dishes is not an urgent issue.
