In response to your comment @Andy S McConnell, I was also with Long and Foster for 15 years (DC/MD/VA) and when I got licensed in NV, I had to go with another broker as LNF wasn't there...

I used to be stationed there while in the military and there will always be demand there due to the military bases themselves.Do a search radius around Eglin AFB, Hurlburt AAF, Tyndall AFB, Duke Air Field, Pensacola NAS.

The buy and sell pick a number (5000) as the max either would get.In my current house, I sued for improper disclosure disclosure about Moffett Federal Airfield This became an issue post 9/11 as there were tons of military flights  in and out.

I'm curious as to the new tanker KC-46 being introduced to McConnell afb recently.
