Florida has a number of great markets that work well for investment properties, and a  number that no longer work.There are a few Florida markets that are still in the top growing markets in the country. 

In the really bad cases they disappear to another country and try getting them to sign stuff at an Embassy abroad.

Like most Sherrif sales in the Eastern half of the country the sale has to be confirmed after the fact by a judge.
