I've been looking at some properties and before I get started, I wanted to know does anyone have any reputable General Contractor/Contractor along with property manager in Columbus, GA because I haven't had much of luck in that department yet?

They also may feel better about A) looking at an empty house and B) no problems are being hidden by the Tennant’s property. 

I made the property tax payments in full in January of 2024 for the 2023 year, and I made the 2024 property tax payment in 2024.
