These ADU initiatives were designed by politicians not developers so don't expect their plans to always make the most sense in terms of holding the carrot in front of the real estate investor.

I just created a website through carrot and now because i have some extra $ from my deal i want to buy a list of leads!

Yes do the research on carrot and you will come to find it is a good place to be.

I zap my leads from carrot site and FB.

You could invest in Propstream, Propelio D4$ app, and an Investor Carrot site for a total of ~$225 which will save you a lot of time and generate some leads through SEO (via Investor Carrot Site).

For my website I am looking at Carrot Investor websites which will cost me about $99 a month.
