Consider: cartels, Mafioso, and foreign operatives would all love to have absolute anonymity. 

I had a call yesterday with representatives from the local Sheriff's Office, Smuggling Enforcement Team, and Department of Homeland Security, about working together to prevent drug cartels from doing business in STRs.

Before you tow, Id just leave a note on the car telling them next time they park there, it's going to be towed.

These people, I suspect, don't advertise and they have a short triple-A proven buyer list, a little local mini-cartel, that they work with. 

Are you aware of the cartels? 

OTOH we have a few huge pot cartels here, makes it challenging. maybe im in wrong biz, but cant stand the stink of pot.

You might be able to find a cleaner but I feel like out there it's the property management cartel that runs the show.

Just try and screen for the cartel or you might wind up in the bottom of the ocean. 

A mentor of mine does business in Mexico regularly, if you get too big the police and cartels will pressure you to get a cut of your revenue.

There are entire neighborhoods ruled by the drug cartels in every major city.
