I am sure that if the government broke into the checking accounts of hedge fund managers(or other people generally richer than I) and appropriated those funds to pay the rent of people who are unable/unwilling, the public uproar would be palpable.

They were unwilling to compensate or negotiate on future fees so right now we are at 40% 1sr months rent for acquisition and 10% management fee.

I kinda want to poll the audience and see what y’all think, first about me and my financial past....I’m going through a divorce and a possible foreclosure of the marital home as I can’t afford to pay the mortgage by myself and she is unwilling to provide her share, not the point though, we have agreed to sell the house but a payment hasn’t been made in almost a year, I’ve put deals together in the past for us and one way or another she ends up not signing and selling.

I kinda want to poll the audience and see what y’all think, first about me and my financial past....I'm going through a divorce and a possible foreclosure of the marital home as I can't afford to pay the mortgage by myself and she is unwilling to provide her share, not the point though, we have agreed to sell the house but a payment hasn't been made in almost a year, I've put deals together in the past for us and one way or another she ends up not signing and selling.

I, too, know people unwilling to part with things and if that is the reason it's all there (as opposed to just lacking the strength/ability to do anything about it), I agree it's probably not a selling point.I also thought about perhaps dealing with a new owner but I have no clue how I would find out when that occurred or to whom it might go.Not sure I'll be able to "wander by" too often but it's worth thinking about.
