Where is a good place to host a meetup?

Hi everybody - I am looking for suggestions of where a good place to host a meetup would be. I have hosted a couple so far at different locations, but it is hard to find a place that doesnt cost a fair amount to rent for the evening. I am not unwilling to pay as I think the networking is totally worth it, but I want to find the most cost effective way possible. I want it to be somewhere that people can network and interact, but also has the space for a projector for a short presentation. I would greatly appreciate any feedback and suggestions that anybody has. I am hoping to find a place that I can do it at pretty much every month so that it becomes a consistent thing people can count on. I dont want to move it from month to month and have people always guessing where it will be.

Thank you @Sam Shueh, @Chris Coleman, @Harjeet Bhatti and @Shaka E. for the feedback and suggestions. I now feel more confident in what direction to go with finding a place, so much appreciated.

@Shaka E. I will reach out if I have any questions. What conferences are you going to this year? We will have to catch up if we end up at any of the same ones.
