I think these photograph well, but ultimately will lead to an underwhelming experience for many guests who underestimate the work involved.  

Zoning laws can seem really boring but ultimately make a huge difference in how our city works and also what you can do on your own property.

Or i guess ultimate question is should i sell the property or there is a way to decrease the cost?
