Were any repairs made to the damaged areas....because one way of treating termites in walls is to spray a termiticide foam at the top of the wall and let it drizzle down killing what is in the wall.

You may know all of this, but for showings we arrive 90 min prior and clean the place top to bottom--cobwebs, spray bleach (helps during COVID), put in citrus scented plug-ins, open every blind, turn on every light and my wife and I are both there and smiling, conveying a family/homey vibe, which is our branding.

In addition, the tenants probably used rollers instead of the original spray making it look different.The tenant claims that since they used the original paint (many years old) they are not responsible for the paint differences.The Landlord claims that the property was given to the tenants with uniform colored paint on the walls and returning it with patches of different paint color/shade does not constitute ordinary wear and tear and has asked the tenant to correct the situation.

Even a small vineyard requires quite a bit of labor during the growing season (training vines during early stages, pruning, spraying fungicides or foliar nutrients, maintaining the row cover crops/mulch, fixing irrigation leaks, harvesting, et cetera).
