I go to southwest florida every year from Columbus and I would definitely recommend it.

In general, I like the near-southwest side (aka West Pilsen/Little Village, Bridgeport and McKinley Park).

If you are looking for cash flow you can definitely find some great deals for some multi-family properties in the southwest, south, and southeast side of San Antonio.
