Natural Gas Pipeline - City Upgrade or Not?
I have a 19 unit in Tucson and Southwest Gas has been going through an excavation and upgrade process.
Beyond the clear advantages the city laid out, I am more concerned about the disruption to tenants and any other potential damages that the city may cause through excavation.
Is there anything I should add to my insurance policy?
Side note: there is no asphalt paving through the property.
