My question is why would I choose the option to get the loan in the business name with my pg, vs only getting in my name with the same pg. 

My business partner and I acquired 63.3 acres across from the only marina on Lake Russell GA and the vision is develop 15-18 cabins, a wedding venue, and 30-40 RV slots.

As it states in the title, I'm looking for some recommendations for an attorney in the DC/Baltimore area who can help me with fixing up a few leases, one for a residential property in Baltimore City, and another for a commercial property in PG County.

Working on slotting these types of trades for future needs.

I am going to disagree with the PG statement.. while I get the thought behind it those that have a PG that is actually worth anything normally are going to get the very best rates there are or bank money.. 

It helps us though because we never have a wasted slot and creates a sense of competition too.

The trouble we are facing is with without a PG we can only get a bridge loan (~24 months) which afterwards we won't be able to refinance unless we have a significant number of properties (5+).  

If you aren't worried about fannie or freddie slots or your DTI for future fannie and freddie purchases, the conventional may be the best fit.
