Most people have many beliefs around having a lot of money, positive or negative.I won’t discuss those at the moment.If you are interested, there is a LOT of material on this topic on the internet.What I do want to discuss is this: If you were a multi-millionaire right now, had millions of dollars in assets, what actions would you take every day?

You'll find a lot of loud people on this forum who will defend the practice with religious fervor, so be careful and understand the risks.

The tenants tend to at lower rents have more life issues and their cash situation can change from week to week.Just do not give yourself the belief that you put a PM in and those types of properties just throw off cash flow with no issues.

Cutting corners is not something I would do, if you do something you do it right. ( My personal beliefs.) 

My belief is if you can not afford to lose it all you are not prepared to play the game. 

If anything, those limiting beliefs will hold you back.But I agree, going to meet ups and REI clubs will help for sure....but getting the word out to anybody and everybody is important too.

I have been devouring books to learn new skills, improve my beliefs, better my way of thinking and increase my personal value.

(I might recommend Heller's Catch 22 if you're looking for some good books.)I also brew my own beer, write some, and can smoke the sort of barbecued ribs that will give you a religious experience.I'm not even playing about the ribs.
