I'd also say that by refreshing the listing or unpublishing and then publishing again can help to push that rental up on the listing site feeds (all depends upon the platform you're using).

House for sale at 235 and my target price was 195 but they are not selling it lower than 220. based on my calculation even with 5% down and 220k selling price it looks like a good dealAs far as condition of this property, I would say it needs a light refreshment, paint walls, replace bathtub in one unit, possibly replace HVAC in one unit and update 4-6 windows.What are you thoughts fellow members of bigger pockets . do you think it’s a good deal ?

Same when I look at the public records, it will come as a Single Family Residential in the Land Use description (it does show Duplex-Triplex in the Built Use/Style description).So how can I refresh my search that can include both units (#1 and #2) in the address so it doesn't exclude the ones describe as SFR?

@Anastasia M.Could be a leak, could be kids running the water for fun, could be something else like a broken soft water treatment thing.I know recently I had a soft water processor in one of my houses that had an issue with refreshing/replenishing such that it would drain all day every day.

Well, I guess they're getting an additional bill.Upgrading cabinets, refreshing floors, adding amenities do make the properties nicer to live in for the tenant, but that comes at a higher price to them.
