I do know the Dave Ramsey work fairly well and have pretty much read all of his books (maybe one or two I missed since they become repetitive and I don't like his investing and retirement fund philosophies).

My personal philosophy: don't change your policies or procedures for each Tenant or you'll lose control.It may be easy with just one renter, but as you get more rentals it becomes more difficult.

Whereas I appreciate the financial philosophy in the books, they are painted in very broad strokes, and we are looking for more brass tacks as far as how this actually works.
