Do they have the set it and forget it mentality, and just want to know that they will have their distributions coming in?

@Peter Lohmann I know some investors that have the same mentality as you do.

I have the same mentality, in this case the tenant has no lease nor does she have a deposit in place from when I took over the property.

I definitely do not want to do anything that isnt completely open and transparent...I'm a mental health therapist and my reputation as an honest person is extremely important to my therapy business.

But I follow Paula Pant's anti-budget mentality.

Ultimately, the tenant-buyer theoretically has a buyer's mentality and might like this. 

First, for some, it's difficult to transition from a homeowner to a renter mentality in the same house.

Then you go back to work, mentally its much easier since your working toward a goal of adding another rental.

But the description gives a great mental image.
