The other thing to keep in mind with self-showing lockboxes is that it's incredibly easy for someone use it as rent scam.

I also use Turbotenant which makes the process and communication very easy as well. 

A handy search bar in the upper right makes it easy to find previous discussions, blogs, podcasts, and other resources.

Not saying it is easy, but in comparison it is much easier.  

Seems like this is mostly for tear out which is the easy part.

It isn't easy, fun or immediate but contrary to the youtubers and podcasters out there that is what it takes. 

If you are renovating your rentals you need to let the current insurance company know what is going on, if they send an inspector out there within the time you could get kicked from the policy too, and not easy to get back on one.

I've used Lifeproof from Home Depot, it was a little bit harder to install due to it's rigidity and thickness but it's extremely durable and easy to clean.
