If it’s not spelled out in your lease (including some mention of a cap on water usage and/or at least a definition of what constitutes “normal” water usage), there’s really not much you can do.

In other words, absent fraud, a disgruntled investor would not be able to use non compliance of securities laws, inappropriate investment for investor, misleading investment pitch, etc. as a legal issue.

There is nothing stated for summer months.So is this okay usage by tenants, regardless of the temperature they choose to keep it at? 

Do you know if there are additional fee's for the ACH each month beyond the monthly usage fee?

Also, if you "use" your property, but spend time working on the unit, then those days do not count towards personal usage.
