We are seeing more planned developments and continued growth in pockets of Atlanta that have experienced a slow-down or stall regarding retail SFRs.

He stalled me selecting a tenant for 2 weeks because I had a signed lease, and I felt as if I couldn't sign another one with his in my hand.Guess who sent me a text the day before the lease date saying he couldn't move in.I was a noob.
