Whenever I'm selling a home I always get frustrated with the amount of investors that call me and the first question that they ask is what the mortgage is on the property and if I'm interested in them taking over payments, etc, etc.This actually just happened a couple of minutes ago which is what prompted this email.Just a word of advice:Try talking to the seller for a couple of minutes and building a relationship with them before asking them who their mortgage is with, how much it is or if they would be interested in letting you take over payments.

When I think about the amount I will pay for closing and the LTV make me think that it is very costly doesn't even worth anymore .I am very frustrated, I find many good deals and I am missing.

The mods are really just an acknowledgment that many mortgages are underwater, and more and more people are willing to just walk away.I find this very frustrating.

The frustrating part of this is that I have other homes I'd like to look at but don't want to put mulitple bids on multiple homes as the bulk of our funds are sort of hanging out there waiting to see if this one goes through.

In addition, agents talk to each other, and I suspect that your name would be trashed all around town if you went around your agent.I have bought a bunch of REOs and the fact is that dealing with banks is extremely frustrating.

Lots of breakdowns, lots of vandalism and lots of "the machine took my money" stories from POd customers.That was one of the most frustrating parts of her life.
