@Jonathan R McLaughlin Great points - if the residents left prior to the expiration of their lease and pre-paid I still worry about paying their gas bill in the middle of winter in cold Ohio to prevent frozen pipes.

and because on the inside I actually do care about others, even their noses, instead of simply throwing out or burying my fish guts (attracts the coyotes yes, right here in the city), I freeze them until trash day, in a bag and right next to my frozen pizza.
