Your enthusiasm is awesome!

The biggest trait I would be looking for is enthusiasm.

She has great passion and enthusiasm for the business and is relentless in negotiations on her clients’ behalf.

Not only are they SO informative, but your passion for real estate truly shows through with your enthusiasm.

I love your enthusiasm but also take a step back and write down all the "potential" expenses....you always want to assume the worst to minimize the chance of a loss.  

Hi Asher, I'm new here but I'd bet the vets would tell you this same thing - get active networking with investors in your area.Through BP, REIAs/real estate meetups, even reaching out to wholesalers in your area you find on Google you'll find plenty of people who may be able to use your enthusiasm and drive, and in exchange would be willing to show you the ropes.However, you NEED to provide value to them.
