Airbnb will prohibit sensitive information like if they shared their phone number or email but I’ve had other hosts ask me of my full name and then they found me on Facebook and connected with me that way. 

I imagine there are some ski resorts in Washington you could work at that are closer to the subject property?  

While it’s not required to take a snapshot of the phone call, you can keep call logs or email exchanges as backup for extra support if needed.

Altough, I imagine other options for accelerated depreciation will be considered for future legislation whatever that may be.
