My question: - Do you rent to people with small children?

I LOVE children.

I want my children to have my same financial values, so I am involving them in conversations every day.My sister is a teacher, and time and again she comes up against parents who feel that everything should be taught in school, they spend zero time educating their children.

Lenders can dictate terms based upon their risk factors and can enforce DOS.Owner occupied... add spouse/children after closing and DOS cannot be exercised.

However, the land can be owned by the self-directed IRA and then rented to a third-party provided it is not your parents or theirs children, for example. 

Especially if they have small children living with them.

Parents signing over a deed on a house to their children is one of the largest and most frequently regretted mistakes I see people make.

And please don't ever forget for a minute that all of those great views, exciting activities, and stunning houses and neighbors are not what your children will remember.
