I don't have phone numbers, so I cannot cold call.  

Does it make sense, in the cold light of day, to think that they've really got these fabulous bargains, reserved for just the select few who are happy to start off with a minus $25k balance?

@Javier Graves I used Capital One and cold called them, they gave me a 30k card and I was off to the races to fix up my two properties.

I’m assuming Illinois is cold right now.

The blue and red real glossy stuff, again from my distributor is for only hot and cold applications not for heating and has no additional barriers.

And there always will be google, and cold calling companies and pitching your intentions. 

This is how I got my start in Property Management - cold calling FRBO’s and offering services and building my business from there.

We have broke ground on Thanksgiving week and now as of yesterday we have the first floor framed and will be under roof by the end of the week despite the bitter cold and snow that we have gotten this past week.
