just skip those finish the rest of the test and then if you want to do the math come back and do those last.. u dont want a math question to come up when your starting the test and derail you..

I will have to provide and buy all the finishing (cabinets, countertops, tile, flooring, etc), but they demo and install everything.For the garage conversion, including the walk-in pantry and 2 bedrooms, the mini-split system, taking out the garage door and framing it and adding siding to look like the rest of the house, and add 1 window in each bedroom, the quote was $40k.I would love to get your opinions.

Hi Michael,A reason why the square footage may not have been included is if was not "finished". unfinished areas or attics, or areas only accessible through unfinished areas will not typically be included in the square footage.

If your properties are finished better then the competition and you are priced within the market rental price even at the high end you should do well.
