They are constantly investing more into their services and personnel and really have not raised their rates the entire time (other than going from 2.5% to 3% payment processing fee when they switched to Stripe).   

Your biggest issue probably won't be marketing but personnel.

While I think that is a great place to find landscapers, snow removal personnel, etc...

Not to mention this would yield great leads for personnel real estate investments!

They can only tell you what is in Their records, which is the whole purpose of the inquiry, and a FOIA request is usually Not the proper method, the agency will have a particular procedure...FOIA is usually someone's dumb a$$ idea of how to get the information, because they don't know any better.That might be true, however I heard it from the title company's personnel themselves, when they said, "Hey, we can have Julie file the FOIA request Monday to find out about whether or not the title is insurable in it's current state..."

Ask to speak with a different personnel from the bank.  

In addition, hiring qualified personnel for maintenance/office is a challenge and maintenance/repair costs are also higher when compared to Texas.

I started young and all on my own in the whole learn as you go and read and ask many questions and hope the lessons learned are easy ones, but I fully believe before you can successfully move into the real estate "game" your personnel finances and available funds need to be in order.
