So, wanted to get out there and see if anyone recommended any local mastermind groups, networking events, or any other ways to connect with local investors.

For any investors who have either started or are part of a really good mastermind group, I'd love some input on how it is structured. 

When you have fewer than 10 properties, it's hard to make that work.I am in a mastermind with about 30 other investors with a wide range of strategies, portfolio size and experience. 

(Full disclosure;I've run a mastermind group before and it worked as long as it was physical meetings.

I’ve met other private lenders,  but none interested in masterminding and growing together.

Certain mastermind groups even offer discounted leads due to their high volume/business account.

I am still researching and part of that is coming to BP and masterminding with others.
