I most certainly do limit my time on BP as well as linkedin and other social media websites and the best way for me to do that is by not accessing them on my smartphone.BP can be highly addictive and distracting as you've stated.

You bring up some good points but after looking at your BP profile  and your  LinkedIn page ( very impressive btw, we're two years apart in age), it sounds as though you're in a unique position as you  provide a service that is absolutely essential to every serious.
