Letters to Investors/buyers

So, I have a very long list of people who I've determined to be serious real estate investors , above and beyond your a "regular" rental property owner.

I don't have a phone number and INSTEAD of tracking the people down using FB, LinkedIn, Spokeo, etc., i'm, going to send a letter.  This letter will identify myself as a wholesaler and provide my value add.

Can anyone provide their thoughts on what else would be in the letter, and what format, method of delivery etc.?  I intend to make it professional looking vs. yellow letter ( I love yellow letters, but not for Donald Trump)

cheers
