Hello! I am an active real estate investor from Dallas/Fort Worth, my company (through a variety of legal entities) does rehabs that I sell retail, owner financing & rental properties. I also wholesale properties to other investors, that I either have under contract or own outright. 

Anyway...I just wanted to say hello to the fellow BiggerPockets users. This is a great website! I'll try my best to provide insight to newbies, and I may have some questions myself. =)
