It is all a matter of your goals (i.e. equity accumulation or supporting a lifestyle with cash) and your ability to redeploy capital effectively (i.e. is your cash just sitting or are you buying more properties)

I’m currently supporting our lifestyle and my wife’s schooling.

Don't know your neighborhood or family lifestyle, but if an RV will fit there, then buy one and rent it out. 

I will gladly take the extra headaches of additional calls from my property managers for now, although once someone has enough money that they can comfortably live their lifestyle however they want, I definitely understand removing as many headaches from one's life as possible. 

Conventional or government style loan considers a lease as a permanent lifestyle choice.

In regards to hobbies, I love to live an active lifestyle.

Maybe supplementing with a flip or two will give you the lifestyle you want faster.  

I created a lifestyle i can’t afford.

Telas employees are not going to get a significant raise in lifestyle with nicer housing and shorter commute.. 

In good times, people in C properties want to upgrade their lifestyles and moved to Bs, and in bad times people in A class properties want to save money and move down to Bs.
