The two separate areas I'm looking at are Knoxville, TN (where I'm from) where I can find a house or duplex for around 100k, and probably bring in a monthly rental income of around 800, and the other is Anchorage, AK where I work, and there it's much more expensive, say 300k for a duplex but it would bring in around 2500.

I live in Knoxville and I don't yet have experience or even professionals to ask for various expenses when punching numbers.

Might look out that way (Knoxville or Marysville areas. 

I started looking at investing out of California, and looks like Knoxville TN is a place that has what I'm looking for (cheaper entry cost, growing economy, and good cash flow).I'd appreciate if you can recommend a real estate agent in Knoxville who you found to be knowledgeable and trustworthy, since I might need to depend on him to buy sight unseen if needed.

For a guy like me, that would be a big "green light".Is this in Knoxville TN by chance?

My husband and I will soon be moving from Oahu, Hawaii to Cookeville, TN (in between Nashville and Knoxville) and are looking for any/all recommendations for Team Members in the Middle Tennessee area.

I am getting ready to close on my first property in Knoxville at 3708 Reagan for $60,000.
