Recommendations for agent in Knoxville TN

Hi all, I'm a new investor from Los Angeles CA, tried for a while to find a rental property close by that makes financial sense, but due to the increasing prices of the LA market, these deals are extremely hard to come by. I started looking at investing out of California, and looks like Knoxville TN is a place that has what I'm looking for (cheaper entry cost, growing economy, and good cash flow). I'd appreciate if you can recommend a real estate agent in Knoxville who you found to be knowledgeable and trustworthy, since I might need to depend on him to buy sight unseen if needed.
