Knoxville Renovations
I am getting ready to close on my first property in Knoxville at 3708 Reagan for $60,000. Currently one of my employees at my restaurant lives in the home and it appears to be in good shape. I am thinking exterior paint, interior paint, maybe a new prefab counter top, ceramic tile floor in kitchen and bath, new bath vanity, poly the floors, new lights throughout and new faucets and probably a few odds and ends. In Memphis, this would cost me about $8,000.
Any idea what this would cost in Knoxville?
