Thankfully my fiance and I are both in the same line of work but when we go together to pick out all of these things we have a great time strolling through home depot collaborating and choosing our selections.

For most people, excel will work just fine, however, if you have a team that you work with and want to share info, collaborate on deals, etc, then stepping up to a CRM would be helpful.  

I hope to meet some great people here and enhance a collaborative vs. competitive atmosphere.
