My rules are legally accepted and their IP address recorded so I don't do any lease signing.

Just a simple statement such as "I hereby forever release my redemption rights to the following property:  (with legal description and street address and tax parcel ID number) and then they sign and have their signature notarized. 

My wife and I are more than willing to change our address, license, etc and sleep in that house to satisfy this as we want to be truthful.So, does “majority” of the year mean 6 months and 1 day?

I can look up public record in most of CA, so I'd like to get more addresses of property they claim to have a part of.

I removed the addresses but this is the form you need to get the rental value, meaning no 2 months of rents received needed.
