The tenants we typically get under this business model tend to be workaholics and they rarely complain about much (so far) so I haven't had any issue.

Market is still moving on the west coast with prices generally holding .. our buyers too tend to have pristine homes that will sell..

All of that said, what I notice is that women tend to feel strongly about kitchens needing a certain look and that likely drives the buying decisions in many families (and yes, I am aware that there will be exceptions to this, but as a whole this is definitely correct).
