Then I went inside and talked to my electrician who is the nicest guy ever, embarrassed he witnessed that side of me.Ended up doing the tile work myself.

I was impressed by the professionalism and wit of the panels.

However she does not have any reason to go out of her way to slander me and my company and make accusations that are not true.  

Our days can be long, we are perpetually faced with new challenges, sometimes it feels like I'm the only one witnessing the insane lengths people will go to just to deceive or mislead for personal gain...these are just a microscopic parts of life we all must face and manage on a daily basis.  

What value does your offer bring to the seller.... it's likely the seller doesn't want to deal wit the tenant either, hence the price.

I eventually got to the point with my past tenants that I would only communicate via email due to the accusations thrown around on the phone. 

This process keeps it clean and professional, unemotional, and doesn't put anyone in my office in danger.A couple more tips:Always be aware of your surroundings and the risk presented by the circumstances and the other party;If there is even a slight risk of the tenant getting angry, bring a witness.If you can't bring a witness, bring protection;Don't enter the home of a bad tenant where they can secretly attack;Men should never enter a rental with a female when there is ANY kind of conflict because it sets him up for a claim of harassment or assaultThese safety tips are true for unpaid rent or eviction, but should also be followed any time there is any issue that can cause stress or anger for the renter.
