I've found the best deals are rarely where you are especially on the west coast.

They want the community of the coast.

It's all up and down the west coast.

They got out of a lot their stuff in March-May 22, re-invested in Oct-Nov 22 on 4 & 5 year terms with a rate cap.I got into these before getting active as a REI as I was told syndications was best route to go, I had my doubts once I saw syndicator #2 flip out and syndicator #1 just coast.

I would focus on areas up north like Linden and areas on the west side of Columbus, like Franklinton and Hilltop.

Particularly the Oregon Coast is still a healthy luxury STR market.
